Keith Herron founded Steelhead Capital after a 30-year career as a Fortune 500 senior executive. His leadership experience includes serving as Regional President, Chief Strategy Officer, Chairman of the company’s Foundation, along with executive oversight of mergers and acquisitions, customer experience, governmental affairs, and real estate holdings. He has a distinguished record of leading complex organizations, driving operational performance, and strengthening community impact. Today, Keith applies this breadth of expertise at Steelhead Capital, where he guides strategy, growth, and long-term value creation.
Kristy S. Herron
Director of Asset Management
Kristy Herron brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in the multifamily industry, where she has overseen the management of thousands of properties across multiple markets. Her expertise spans operations, due diligence, tenant relations, construction and rehabilitation projects with a record of driving stronger operating and financial performance and improved resident satisfaction. She is recognized in the industry for her leadership, integrity, and disciplined approach to execution, earning a reputation as a trusted professional in the field. Today, Kristy applies this depth of experience at Steelhead Capital, where she directs asset management strategies and contributes to the firm’s long-term growth and value creation.
